Exercise is an important part my life, and I’ve always been an energetic person. I’ve been trying to gradually return to the exercise level that I had before I was pregnant. Yoga is something that feels good for my mental health as it helps me to relax and to connect with my breath and body. It also feels good for my joints, and keeping my body strong and flexible.
Family yoga is something that I look forward to in the week, an activity that the three of us can do together and is fun and accessible for all of us – it brightens the week!
