I first tried pilates in my 20s, but when I was hit by a car 4 years ago, I started taking it more seriously to rehabilitate my body. I also got my teaching certificate. I was very active before the accident, pilates has helped me get active again. I am slowly getting back into running as well.

I now do pilates 4-5 times a week and teach it as well. I feel like I’m now in the best shape I can be. I teach it so that others can be happy in their bodies too.

I believe pilates is the secret to aging well.. moving into your elder years with confidence to do other activities too. I would recommend pilates to all women in Bristol as a way of being active safely. Go and move.
