I always feel as if exercise shouldn’t be a priority, and I feel a bit guilty about spending time on it, but cycling is a good solution.
I cycle my youngest into school and exercise the dog at the same time, while avoiding the traffic! It also means I can fit in some exercise for myself.
I really enjoy being outside and the connection with nature – even if it is a cycle through the city. Plus I feel calmer in the morning and more motivated during the day.
Incorporating getting active into your day is a fantastic way to get fit. Don’t see it as a big task – little is better than nothing.
