Project Description


I started the pregnancy Pilates course when I was about 3 months pregnant. The sessions helped me mentally as it gave me a chance to focus on me.  It was also lovely to be with other pregnant women as I felt supported, and didn’t feel self- conscious. I also knew all the exercises were really safe for me and my baby and worked to keep me strong during pregnancy. I also didn’t suffer with SPD this time which I’m sure is down to the classes.

To anyone thinking of starting a similar class, you won’t regret it. You always feel better for it, not just during the class but afterwards when you feel fitter and stronger. Pregnancy doesn’t mean you have to give up being strong and active.
