Buggy Fit is a great way of exercising with your baby. It’s also great for postnatal rehabilitation; our trainer is known for her knowledge in rebuilding women’s body. As well as keeping me fit, it’s also good for my mental health – I feel smug and full of endorphins after a session!
I would definitely recommend getting active. Exercise benefits every aspect of your life and your children too. It’s much more fun running after them!
