Trampolining is really good fun, and it’s great exercise too, once you get going. My son loves it and it’s a really nice way for us to spend one-on-one time together as well.
It felt great to be moving my body in a fun way, and with my son involved too; it’s also so important for him to see me being active and enjoying movement as well.
Moving your body in a way that you enjoy is a great way to get in touch with yourself and take some time for you, or to enjoy with a friend or a child.
