Even though you might not be feeling the pregnancy glow, walking will make you feel so much better; it’s a great way of keeping active without doing vigorous exercise.
Walking has helped me improve my fitness levels and helped me maintain a healthy weight during and after pregnancy.
I now get to enjoy walking with my baby. Getting out and about, it’s so important for mental health. Post pregnancy can sometimes feel very lonely but taking a walk really does make you feel so much better. Plus it’s become an important part of family life as it’s something active we can all do together.
