Pilates with baby

Activity Details

Safe, effective postnatal exercise class to gently strengthen the recovering postnatal body. Babies can come into class or there is a creche.We do a combination of strength work (using light weights) and Pilates based exercises to work the core and pelvic floor and bring any sepatated tummy muscles back together. I alaways check everyone’s tummy for disastais recti and can offer advice on exercises to do at home. Must be 6 weeks posnatal or 10 weeks c section.
