Activity Details

10 women per group, 45 minutes of HIIT training (can all be adapted to low impacted and we work around individuals fitness levels) followed by 45 minutes of core strengthening Pilates all in one evening. Members are given HIIT and Pilates homeworkouts to do weekly, and offered nutrition and meal plans. There are fitness tests and body composition tests done at the start and end of each course to track progress.

6 week courses in term time.
